Changing of links to Javascript
This will be interesting to see what happens with the migration to Javascript. For some of my sites, involves a lot of work. Time will tell - unsure at the moment

Long approval times
CJ is one of my favorates, lot's of merchants to work with. They could use work on getting merchants to approve for new programs though
